The climate crisis threatens the very existence of human life on the planet, yet governments do little or nothing to fight it. In contrast, governments around the world have acted swiftly and decisively to mitigate the impact of the coronavirus pandemic. Two scientists from McGill University have addressed this difference in a recent commentary. We speak with Ross Otto, co-author with Eric Galbraith, of the article, versions of which can be found on The Conversation and in The Narwhal.
